To simplify economic activity of economic agents and meet the needs of state bodies to receive information from the Single State Register of Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors via Internet, the bill (Reg. No. 11002) excludes from a number of laws the norms concerning the mandatory submission of paper copies of extracts from the State Register.
